If you have not received a link to download the PDF file due to mailing issues or you are not able to open/unzip the files, should seek assistance from our technical team.

Requests for refunds made after downloading our product will be processed on a case-by-case basis and issued at our sole discretion. Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of the original purchase.
